Dear Spartans and friends,
As I did last year at this time, I am sending you my monthly Spartan community message in the form of a video. I wish we were sitting together to chat about the year, and until that time, this link will have to do!
Our university community is looking forward to a long holiday weekend next week before the sprint to the end of the semester and fall commencement ceremonies on Dec. 15 and 16. It is an opportune time to consider the year behind us and the promise of the year ahead.
I am grateful for the way Spartans came together in this year to confront major challenges with grace, reaffirming the noble purpose of MSU and the humanity of our mission to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
I wish you a pleasant pause in the company of family and friends, a successful conclusion to the fall semester and the cheer that comes from belonging to a supportive Spartan community.
My Spartan best,
Teresa K. Woodruff, Ph.D. (she/her/hers)
Interim President
MSU Research Foundation Professor
